Keynote speaker: Dr. Francesco Rullani Francesco Rullani is Full Professor at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Before, he worked at LUISS, Copenhagen Business School, and ENI Foundation. He got his PhD at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and has been visiting fellow at Stanford University and Bocconi. His research focuses on social innovation and social entrepreneurship. In addition, he collaborates, in the field of his research, within the project “REBALANCE – Rebalancing disruptivE Business of multinAtional corporation and gLobal value chAins within democratic and iNClusive citizenship processes”, financed by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101061342. Getting to DCU from Dublin airport
Bus: Take bus no. 16 or 41 directly from Dublin airport and change to N4 (heading to Blanchardstown SC) at Iveragh Road. You can also get down of bus no. 16 or 41 at Shanvarna Road and walk. Carry change to pay on bus or buy a Leap card if you plan to travel around Ireland over the weekend.
Taxi: A taxi from the airport costs around 20-25 eur. When you come out of arrivals, walk to the bridge, go downstairs, and you should see a taxi stand right in front.
Accommodation
Crowne Plaza Dublin Aiport is a 4-star but moderately priced hotel with all amenities.
There are also several bnbs available along the Swords Road.
Other good options include Bonnington Hotel or Skylon Hotel.
